First steps
From account creation to your first successful trade
Follow this short steps to get started with OrbTrader and place your first trade. If you have any questions, reach out to us via Email, Twitter or Discord.
Create an Account: Go to https://orbtrader.net/accounts/signup/ and create your account. Therefore currently an invite code is required. Every existing user has its own invite link shown in his account. New users can just be invited by existing ones for now.
Create your first Bot: After signup you can create your first bot by clicking on the new bot button. You can configure some basic settings like the blockchain, the strategy or if you want to be visible on the leaderboard. After creating your first bot, your private key will be shown to you (only once!) please make sure to store it in a secure place and never share it with anyone.
Deposit: Next step is to fund your bot. Only the native token for the selected chain is supported. Send your funds to the bots address and enter the transaction hash.
Open your first position: Go to "New Trade", search for a token symbol name or address and press trade. You can also go to OrbAnalytics first, to find interesting token for you. Select position size and optional enter your take profits and stop losses, and press buy.
Manage your position: In the positions overview, you can manage your position by adding orders like additional take profits or stop losses and edit their values.
Grow your portfolio: Trading on decentralized exchanges has never been easier. You can grow your balance now, check your trade history and say hi to us in discord.
Withdraw: If you want to take profits, you can withdraw your funds any time. We recommend to only use the bot for active managed positions and keep the balance to a minimum required for your trades.
Invite other users: We won't do big marketing, so if you like our product and what we are building, feel free to invite other users. In your account you find an invite code, which you can share. We will not forget our early users and supporters.
On the following documentation pages you will find all the settings and possibilities in more detail.
